Back in 1985, Bruce and Shirley MacNaughton had a vision to create a food destination with integrity and flavour. In its 31st year of operation, their company is a well oiled machine. With the help of their team of 90 people, the PEI Preserve Company sends artisan specialty foods across North America.

With a vision, passion, and patience, Bruce and Shirley were able to achieve their business goals—having a community centered organization working with friendly people who produce excellent products at reasonable prices.
