We know that some members are experiencing issues with their debit cards not working properly when used at some point-of-sale terminals.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
Ensuring our members have a card product they can count on is our top priority, and we are working closely with our partners to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Please note, this issue is contained to debit card use at select point-of-sale terminals; it does not impact ATM usage, our credit card, our Debit Mastercard® or payments made through mobile wallets.
Since not all debit cards appear to be affected, we are asking members who have experienced an issue to contact our team so we can work with you directly on an interim solution until a replacement card is available. Alternatively, you can also take a few minutes to complete this short survey.
